Introduction
H3 Prompt Hub (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use minimaxh3prompt.com and related services, and how we use it.
Information we collect

How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Process payments, subscriptions, and credit grants
- Run prompt moderation before video generation (via Creem Moderation API when enabled)
- Route generation requests to third-party AI providers (e.g. Kie.ai / MiniMax H3)
- Send transactional email (receipts, security, support replies)
- Detect fraud, abuse, and policy violations
- Comply with legal obligations
Third-party processors
We share data only as needed with service providers under confidentiality obligations, including:

Each provider’s privacy policy governs their handling of data they process.
AI generation data
When you use video generation:
- Your prompt text is screened through Creem’s Moderation API (when Creem is enabled).
- Approved prompts and reference URLs are sent to configured AI providers to produce video.
- Outputs may be stored temporarily or persistently depending on configuration.
Do not upload sensitive personal data you do not want processed by third-party AI systems.
Data retention
We retain account and billing records as required for operations and law. Generated media and uploads may be deleted on a schedule or when you remove them. Contact us to request deletion of personal data where applicable.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data. Use account settings or email [email protected].
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and industry-standard practices. No method is 100% secure.
Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries where we or our providers operate.
Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision.
