Terms for H3 Prompt Hub — subscriptions, credits, AI video generation, refunds, and acceptable use.

By accessing or using H3 Prompt Hub (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.
1. About the service
H3 Prompt Hub is an independent software-as-a-service product operated at minimaxh3prompt.com. We provide prompt compilation tools, templates, guides, optional AI-assisted form filling, and optional in-site video generation using third-party AI APIs (e.g. MiniMax H3 via Kie.ai).
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by MiniMax, Hailuo, Lightricks, or any model provider. Model names refer to integrations available through our interface.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

Credit costs depend on resolution and duration and are shown before you generate. Credits may expire according to your plan. We may change pricing with reasonable notice on the pricing page.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment partners (including Creem). You authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
Cancel anytime: Go to Settings → Billing and cancel your subscription. Access continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
5. Refund policy

| Subscriptions | No partial refunds for unused time in the current period after cancellation. You retain access until period end. |
| Lifetime / one-time credit packs | Refund requests within 14 days of purchase if no credits have been consumed. Contact support with your order email. |
| Used credits | No refunds for consumed credits or completed video generations. |
| Service failure | If we fail to deliver a paid generation due to a verified platform error (not upstream model failure), contact support — we may restore credits at our discretion. |
| Policy violations | No refunds for accounts terminated for violating our Acceptable Use Policy. |
Chargebacks without contacting support first may result in account suspension.
6. Acceptable use and AI content
You agree not to use the Service to generate or facilitate:
- NSFW, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive video or images
- Deepfakes, face-swap, or non-consensual likeness manipulation
- Content involving minors in any sexual or suggestive context
- Illegal, harassing, hateful, or infringing content

Prompt moderation: When enabled, user prompts submitted for video generation are screened through Creem’s Moderation API before reaching third-party models. Blocked prompts are not billed for generation.
You are solely responsible for how you use generated outputs and for obtaining rights to reference assets you upload.
7. Third-party services
Video generation, payments, email, and analytics may rely on third parties. Their terms and outages may affect the Service. We do not guarantee model availability, output quality, or generation speed of upstream providers.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, its UI, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights to prompts and assets you supply. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely to operate the Service.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” AI outputs may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unsuitable for your use case. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for third-party model outputs.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the AUP. You may close your account by contacting support.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
