This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to everyone who uses H3 Prompt Hub at minimaxh3prompt.com. It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Independent product
H3 Prompt Hub is an independent SaaS interface. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by MiniMax, Lightricks, or any AI model provider. Third-party models (including MiniMax H3) are integrations, not our brand.
Purpose of the service
We provide:
- A prompt studio and compiler for official-style MiniMax H3 exports (Ref2VA, T2VA, keyframe modes)
- Template libraries, guides, and optional AI-assisted form filling
- Optional in-site video generation using third-party APIs, billed via credits
You must use the service only for lawful creative, marketing, education, or personal projects you have the right to produce.
Prohibited content and conduct
You must not use our service — including prompts submitted for compilation or video generation — to create, request, store, or distribute:

| Violence & harm | Gore, terrorism promotion, instructions for weapons or self-harm |
| Harassment & hate | Targeted abuse, slurs, or dehumanization |
| Illegal activity | Fraud, malware, copyright infringement, bypassing platform terms of upstream providers |
| Misleading claims | Fake reviews, false endorsements, impersonation of MiniMax or other brands |
All prompts submitted for in-site video generation are screened via Creem Moderation API before reaching our generation provider. Violations may result in blocked requests, account suspension, or termination without refund.
User responsibilities
- You own or have rights to all references you upload (images, video, audio, logos).
- You are responsible for outputs your account generates and how you publish them.
- You must comply with upstream provider terms (MiniMax, Kie.ai, etc.) and applicable law.
- Do not attempt to bypass moderation, rate limits, or credit billing.
Marketing and showcase content
Public examples on our site must not feature suggestive, borderline, or sexually provocative material. User-generated content galleries must follow the same rules.
Enforcement
We may investigate reported abuse, review prompts and outputs, and cooperate with payment partners on compliance. Repeated or severe violations can lead to immediate account termination.
Changes
We may update this AUP. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
